Sample deliverables
See exactly what you get.
Complete sample documents, ready to download — built from constructed students, not real families, and labeled as samples on every page.
Both samples below were produced by the same process a real order goes through — intake, research, drafting, review — for two fictional students. No client’s documents ever appear here — not anonymized, not excerpted, not with permission we quietly assumed. That rule does not change when it becomes inconvenient for marketing.
Transcript Build sample — “Rowan Example” (Texas)
A four-year, 22-credit record for a fictional Texas home-education student: transcript with weighted and unweighted GPA, documented grading scale, credit summary by subject, and matching course descriptions.
Applicant Package sample — “Avery Example” (Ohio)
The transcript and course descriptions from the full package for a fictional Ohio student. The package also includes a four-year course-of-study plan mapped to Ohio’s requirements and the student’s target colleges, a counselor-letter framework, and an admissions checklist — email for the full set and you will have it the same day.

What a deliverable contains
A transcript formatted to admissions convention, with a documented grading scale and credit summary; course descriptions written to match the coursework; where the package includes it, a year-by-year plan mapped to your state’s requirements and to the published admission requirements of your target colleges. Everything arrives as an editable file plus a print-ready PDF, with sources cited so you can verify the research. The transcript is issued and signed by you, the parent.
